Nonos is a tiny operating system which was developed as a student project. It performs very basic tasks like displaying a shell, playing with memory, managing interruptions, etc.
It also has a read-only (RW is very experimental) file system based on ext2.
It should run on any x86 virtual machine and maybe some real computers (WARNING!!).
It is written in C and x86 assembler.
